Project Leadership Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned project leader to manage and deliver complex projects within our Brazil operations. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Strong relationships with clients are essential in this role. You will provide proactive support in preparing competitive quotes and maintain open communication with the Customer Line Manager and Director regarding project-related matters.

The successful applicant should possess a degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in SAP, MS-Office, and LCCS. Fluency in English is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and effectively manage project timelines.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including the Customer Line Manager and Director.
  • Maintain compliance with internal processes, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, MS-Office, and LCCS.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
