Sales Engineering Delivery Manager

This role involves leading technical discovery sessions and consultative introduction calls to gather essential engagement details.

  • Technical Discovery Call & Stakeholder Engagement: Assemble Sales Support Engineering team, align them on preliminary information, following internal RACI procedures.
  • Proposal Development & Deliverable Creation: Develop dynamic, visually compelling presentation decks and engagement proposals that clearly articulate service offerings.
  • Team Buildout and Project Kickoff: Act as the primary point of coordination among Sales, Recruiting, and Engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional Communication & Soft Skills: outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
  • Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information.
