Strategic Product Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product development cycle: discovery, definition, execution, delivery, and support.
• Create and manage backlogs: Clarify requirements and translate business needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs together with stakeholders, and build a roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Drive product delivery and value: Ensure deliveries meet expectations, iterating based on feedback and performance, and fostering continuous improvement in the squad.
• Leverage data to drive product decisions: Proactively raise and analyze data from user behavior, adoption metrics, and process performance to support prioritization, validate assumptions, and continuously improve the product experience.
• Stakeholder communication: Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, proactively identify and address critical issues, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders. Must be able to communicate effectively in English during meetings with stakeholders across different regions.
• Design scalable and simple solutions: Work with developers to co-create technical solutions, focusing on platform consistency, usability, and performance.
• Adept a platform mindset: Lead the evolution of the platform with a focus on scalability, usability, and technical efficiency as well as ensure governance over technical standards, code quality, and software delivery flow.
• Communicate with clarity: Ensure the squad and stakeholders have visibility into priorities, roadmaps, and progress.
• Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Agile methodologies & team metrics: Lead agile rituals (dailies, plannings, refinements, and retrospectives) based on Scrum framework as well as track squad metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management: Solid experience managing digital products across their lifecycle—from discovery to delivery—ideally in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to raise and interpret data from multiple sources to drive product decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success.
• Technical aptitude: Understanding of systems integration, APIs, and scalable platform architectures to effectively collaborate with development teams and co-design technical solutions.
• Experience with agile frameworks: Hands-on experience acting as Product Owner and/or Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies, and using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills: Able to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, communicate priorities clearly, and manage expectations with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written): Required for day-to-day interaction with global stakeholders and documentation.
• Stakeholder management and business alignment: Experience aligning priorities with multiple stakeholders and ensuring roadmap and backlog reflect strategic business goals.
