We seek a forward-thinking product manager to shape our sales systems and tools.
In this highly autonomous role, you will lead initiatives that enhance frontline sales teams including field, administrative, and tele-sales functions.
- Develop expertise in frontline sales operations by identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and unmet needs through research and partnership.
- Create a strategic product vision that aligns user workflows, business goals, and emerging trends in sales operations.
- Define mid- to long-term initiatives that improve productivity, scalability, and system usability.
Take a step back to uncover foundational opportunities that drive long-term impact across the business. Your work will unify sales workflows, elevate user experience, and influence how we scale and support sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic product initiatives in complex environments.
- Think holistically and long-term, solving systemic issues over incremental improvements.
- Analyse complex data, identify meaningful insights, and use metrics to drive strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:- Proven success leading strategic product initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience working in or closely with field sales, tele-sales, or sales operations organisations.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent storytelling skills, able to influence decisions and align stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:- Background in B2B sales systems, CRM platforms, or internal tools supporting sales teams.
- Experience leading discovery and research in enterprise or cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
