Medical Operations Strategist

Main Responsibilities

  • Billing Company Relationship Management: Own and manage relationships with billing companies, ensuring optimal performance tracking and reporting.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and refine SOPs across departments to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Lead hiring and onboarding processes for clinical and front desk staff, ensuring a smooth transition into new roles.
  • Marketing Efforts: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide campaign input and performance insights, driving informed decision-making.
  • Operational Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify strategic opportunities for improving margins and enabling expansion.
