Job Overview

The Commercial IT Manager will lead the digital transformation of commercial operations in Argentina and Uruguay, driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with global and regional needs.
  • Design and manage projects to improve business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose technology solutions.
  • Manage budgets and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead Agile methodologies and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives for commercial operations.
  2. Design and implement IT commercial strategies for IT services and solutions in ARG/UY.
  3. Manage global and regional IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
  4. Implement and support projects for global and regional IT implementations.
  5. Collaborate with Key Stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technology initiatives.
  6. Work with cross-functional teams to align on business needs, identify issues, performance challenges, and risks.
  7. Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments.
  8. Prepare business cases and create annual budget forecasts for commercial site technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 8+ years in IT roles related to commercial, procurement, finance, big data, or digital transformation.
  • 5+ years in project or release planning or project management roles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Agile/Scrum/DevOps certifications are a plus.
