We are seeking a skilled IT Operations Engineer to support our daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area.
This role will be responsible for troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives including AI.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools.
Responsibilities:- Understand user issue, provide resolution advise according to system logic and business process.
- Provide operation guidance when needed.
- Cooperate with related teams including IT and business.
- Study and practice, contribute to AI Operation.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics.
- 2+ years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations.
- Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI).
- ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plus.
- Fluent English and excellent learning ability, familiar with Chinese is a bonus.
- Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
