We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert tax services to clients with diverse tax needs. You will utilize advanced tax training and expert support to ensure accurate and complete tax returns.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth tax interviews with clients via face-to-face and virtual tools
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate tax returns
- Drive business growth and client retention through additional products and services
- Provide expert IRS support and audit representation
- Mentor and support teammates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or Enrolled Agent
- Proven experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and utilizing relevant technology
- Expertise in tax planning and audit support
- Sales and/or marketing experience to drive business growth
SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE TAX KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED. Additionally, we require experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax, as well as experience completing individual returns and working in a fast-paced environment.
