We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising direct reports, providing training and skill development based on job function.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement best practices, benchmarking, and training programs to enhance staff performance.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the team.
- Ensure all staff members have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Manage program staffing schedules and monitor staff alignment to ensure optimal customer service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Interact with business development teams as required to provide leadership and address operational issues proactively.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
