We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and completeness of vendor documentation and relationships.
This includes managing project portfolio requirements, adhering to governance standards, controlling costs, and providing accurate status reports.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Management: Ensure documentation completeness and relationship with vendors
- Project Portfolio Management: Ensure quality of projects documentation, adherence to project governance, cost control, and appropriate status report
- Audit Recommendations Follow-up: Track and implement audit recommendations to ensure compliance
- Global Security Forms Updates: Keep track of Global Security Forms updates and maintain accuracy
- IT Continuity Requests: Manage IT Continuity requests in a timely manner
- Budget Planning Experience: Proven experience with budget planning and management
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills
- MS Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Business and Project Management Skills: Strong skills in business and project management
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and facilitate teamwork across the organization
- Language Skills: Advanced English language skills
