Key Responsibilities:
  • Three plus years of commercial experience in UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards
  • Expertise in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Ability to conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys
  • Competence in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting design decisions
  • Mentoring junior designers and ensuring design quality and consistency
  • Establishing design systems and guidelines for the product team
  • Coordinating design efforts across multiple team members
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Interest in new technologies and healthcare
  • Experience working in healthcare projects
