Product Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled senior product designer to drive user experience strategy.

Our product is trusted by major retailers, healthcare providers, and Fortune 500 companies to handle sensitive workflows in regulated environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing user experiences that balance usability and compliance.

As a senior product designer, you will work closely with engineering to ship quickly and adjust to constraints. Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to design complex web or mobile products, preferably in healthcare, finance, government, or benefits-related SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talk to users and internal teams to understand how benefit programs are discovered, applied for, and managed
  • Design mobile-first experiences that balance usability and compliance
  • Build and maintain a clean, reusable component system that supports rapid iteration
  • Ensure accessibility from day one—especially WCAG 2.1 AA standards
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to ship quickly and adjust to constraints
