A leading organization is looking for a talented UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating end-to-end user experiences through collaborative brainstorming, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual design comps using Figma and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, interviews, and analysis to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our diverse audience.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that prioritize both usability and accessibility.
Develop and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, adhering to accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate to optimize both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
