  • Oversee financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax obligations, to mitigate risk.
  • Manage month-end closings, including voucher preparation and review, to maintain financial discipline.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated performance reports for stakeholders, providing visibility into business performance.
  • Coordinate with global finance teams to ensure alignment with group reporting and audit requirements, promoting consistency and control.
  • Manage payroll and employee expenses efficiently, minimizing costs and maximizing value.
  • Provide management and execution of activities inherent to the company's tax accounting, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
About You

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Fluency in English required, with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification required (e.g., CRC - Conselho Regional de Contabilidade), showcasing expertise.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial roles in Brazil, with a proven track record of success.
