Marketing Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing promotional actions, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the quality of marketing materials.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans, including promotions strategy, marketing materials, media partnerships, and key performance indicators;
  • Maintain all management of promotional actions, including visitor, delegate, and exhibitor management, as well as strategies for audience engagement and inbound marketing;
  • Collaborate with suppliers, including PR agencies, advertising agencies, photographers, film producers, databases, and other partners;
  • Manage the marketing team to ensure the quality and deadline accomplishment of marketing projects;
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs through regular reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related fields;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning and people/team management;
  • Post-graduate degree in Marketing and/or Business Management;
  • Advanced Spanish language skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Eloqua/AEM software (desirable).
