Project Manager for Raw Material Optimization
RHI Magnesita is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the harmonization of raw materials and optimize their procurement process. This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize nomenclature and specifications, identifying cost savings opportunities, and developing a standardized nomenclature system for raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with teams to standardize raw materials used in production processes, analyzing various materials and ensuring consistency in nomenclature and specifications;
* Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings within raw material procurement processes, tracking related benefits and savings;
* Develop and implement a standardized nomenclature system for raw materials, ensuring clear communication across departments, suppliers, and partners;
* Analyze raw material groups to detect obsolete or duplicated materials, focusing on low volumes;
* Support efforts to optimize silo situations within plants, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scope;
* Follow up on implementation progress with stakeholders;
* Enhance governance for raw material creation by implementing best practices and standards.

Requirements
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration;
* Proven experience in raw material optimization, procurement, and supply chain management;
* Data analytics and visualization skills;
* Well-structured and self-organized personality;
* Good communication skills;
* Knowledge of the refractory market and products is a plus;
* Experience in project management and data-related projects is a plus (e.g., cleansing, migration, or lean project).
