- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of resources to meet customer needs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of resource availability and commitments.
- Diligently documenting each service call in the service database.
- Applying sound business judgment when prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities.
- Collaborating with District Managers to understand district service strategies.
Requirements:
- +2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English).
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- A detail-oriented multi-tasker capable of working effectively amidst interruptions.
- Effective interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Tak ownership, problem solve, and drive resolution of each situation.
- Negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions.
