Job Title: Senior Business Controller

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Controller to join our team.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for providing thorough analysis, financial background, and recommendations towards the management and different networks to support strategic decisions and business development. You will also provide internal reporting of the financial results linked to the daily operations, plan and coordinate main financial processes, support the management and line organization, participate in business review meetings with commercial areas, translate financial business objectives, lead business case creation, perform training & coaching on different levels, participate in local and global networks, and lead digitalization journey in the business control team.

To be successful in your new role, you should have a university degree in appropriate academic qualification or equivalent experience, extensive financial knowledge, analytical skills, high problem-solving ability, customer orientation, team player skills, ability to build relationships and networks cross-functionally, reliability, accuracy, proactivity, autonomy, well-organized and structured mindset to give room for innovation and creativity, and effective communication skills, including group discussions.

  • Provide thorough analysis, financial background, and recommendations towards the management and different networks to support strategic decisions and business development.
  • Provide internal reporting of the financial results linked to the daily operations.
  • Plan and coordinate main financial processes.
  • Support the management and line organization by delivering relevant business and financial inputs.
  • Participate in business review meetings with commercial areas.
  • Translate financial business objectives to engage all functional levels.
  • Lead business case creation and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform training & coaching on different levels linked to the different cost KPI's and processes.
  • Participate in local and global networks to ensure sharing of best practices.
