Key Role: Senior Talent Management Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our talent management function. This role will be responsible for driving the design and execution of strategies focused on leadership development, succession planning, talent assessments, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and talent management, with experience in project management, facilitation, and presentation skills. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as fluency in English and Portuguese.
