**Role Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Strategy Assistant to support our local Chief of Staff in Credit Agricole CIB Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in finance and risk management. They will be responsible for supporting the Chief of Staff with specific projects associated with Crédit Agricole CIB's development plan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Follow the commercial development regularly.
  • Develop indicators and enrich commercial dashboards.
  • Build and enrich a set of data detailing the Bank's strategic target per product line, portfolio, client...
  • Provide support to Front Office in their effort to advise and drive their sensitive customers towards the energy transition in accordance with Credit Agricole Group's ESG Department's guidelines.
  • Map the social-environmental risks and provide detailed analysis of customer programs.
  • Contribute to the Communication strategy of the Bank, both internal and external.
  • Build and update regularly a set of communication supports (both document and media format) in relation with Head Office specialists.
  • Participate in the preparation of the Client event scheduled in 2025.

**Requirements:**

  • Postgraduate of a Master degree.
  • EU citizen.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Competencies in Finance and Risk management.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel & Power Point).
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish appreciated.
