Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Management Specialist to manage a team of project managers responsible for Subsea Services Tooling & Equipment Repair.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of project managers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Plan, execute, conclude, and invoice projects/contract activities while ensuring adherence to contractual clauses.
  • Coordinate customer interface, engage in conflict resolution, and assure delivery upon targets/deadlines.
  • Ensure execution of projects in terms of main contractual obligations, including timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope as safeguarding expected profitability of the project itself.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues during the project by highlighting areas of concern and driving other departments to solve problems affecting project execution.
  • Report activity forecasts to upper management, ensuring revenue, resources, and margins predictability.
  • Maintain continuous improvement of team's project management processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in Project Leadership.
  • International Customer experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) and Portuguese (native/fluent), with proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work through detailed execution planning with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
