Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Casino Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the charge in live casino operations, ensuring unparalleled precision and service delivery excellence.

This is a paid relocation opportunity to Colombia, where you will be part of a vibrant community of over 6,000 driven professionals across multiple offices worldwide. Our company partners with industry leaders to deliver world-class gaming experiences to players everywhere.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, including staff, operators, and players.
  • Ensure adherence to game standards imposed by the company.
  • Make active contributions to the company's growth and development.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
  • Oversee operational activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Offer support to players when needed and provide guidance on game-related matters.
  • Assure that staff interacts with players in a friendly and engaging manner.
  • Coordinate staff under your supervision, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient table assignments.
  • Monitor rotations, breaks, and staff assessments.
  • Guarantee that all company procedures and standards are respected by employees.
  • Promote a professional work environment and treat colleagues with respect, providing constructive feedback as needed.
Requirements
  • Knowledge Proficiency: Strong understanding of games and procedures.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office.
  • Management Experience: Experience in supervisory or management roles is advantageous.
