Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and management consulting projects across various disciplines including strategic plans, organizational assessments and market analysis.
  • Conduct project delivery capability maturity assessments against industry best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate business requirements and objectives by analyzing business processes and reviewing documents.
  • Develop client-facing materials using Microsoft Office products.
What You'll Do

A Senior Director is responsible for providing clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation and digital capabilities. They perform functions to identify and solve complex business challenges while defining and improving associated processes.

Senior Directors frequently lead engagements or complex workstreams within larger engagements - managing client expectations, billing and resources required for delivery. They also play a pivotal role in the business development process, working to develop proposals including scope of work, success metrics and staffing models.
