Country Brand Strategist Role

Develop and execute a brand commercial strategy for a specific portfolio. Key responsibilities include tactical plan development, implementation, communications, stakeholder management, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic planning and tactical execution for the brand/portfolio.
  • Develop tactical plans, implement marketing initiatives, and evaluate ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Provide country input into overall global initiatives.
  • Define local priorities for business growth and tailor regional/global brand strategies to meet local market needs.
Digital Focus:

Maximize the impact of marketing activities through optimal channel mix, leveraging digital channels and innovation to drive growth in a highly competitive market.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel strategic and tactical plans, partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve patient-centric goals.

Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration or scientific field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or health market.
  • Experience with digital initiatives and team leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
