About this Role:
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to business leaders
  • Drive financial performance and develop financial strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks, provide recommendations, and help shape the direction of fast-scaling businesses
  • Mentor junior finance colleagues and contribute to the development of a strong finance team


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in finance, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to build financial models and deliver actionable insights
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with both peers and senior stakeholders
  • Advanced English language skills
