We are looking for a skilled professional to join our high-performance team as a Financial Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive effective performance management, identifying and correcting derailed performance through action-oriented frameworks.
  • Analyze services and profitability using financial models to inform decision-making.
  • Accountable for delivering and following up on financial processes, variance analysis, and target setting with senior stakeholders.
Partnering and Collaboration
  • Identify new ways to add value to the organization, challenging the status quo.
  • Foster smooth financial interactions between teams and functions.
  • Lobby behind the scenes to build support for ideas and request involvement from others to build ownership and buy-in.
  • Analyze wider business implications when making decisions, including effectiveness of outcomes.
Process and Engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive relevant initiatives, digging into service profitability to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with product teams on forecasting and highlighting opportunities and risks on financials.
