Job Title

This position involves assessing the financial health of business partners to align with long-term operational goals.

  • Evaluate and assess the financial performance of business partners to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Support the creation of yearly financial objectives that align with the business partner's plan for growth and expansion.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports, including profit and loss, forecast vs. budget, and cash flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners.
  • Develop talent and optimize team performance through stretch assignments, leadership exposure, career discussions, feedback, etc.
  • Lead by example, displaying core company behaviors, commitment to personal development, and dedication to building a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist the team in understanding the bigger picture and how projects relate to strategic objectives.
  • Anticipate partner needs (proactive vs. reactive).
  • Assist the team in prioritizing workload, influence decision-making, facilitate collaboration across departments, and think through key analysis assumptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in similar positions with a solid financial and/or accounting background to perform business analysis.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Intermediate Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil, in a hybrid regime (3 times per week on site).
