Financial Operations Specialist
">Key Responsibilities:- Support the financial planning and execution of new country/city launches by ensuring smooth processes and controlling risks.
- Collaborate with financial teams to ensure compliance with regulations and provide expert advice.
- Evaluate investments and expected returns on new businesses and provide financial support for business development.
- Participate in company-wide business planning and be responsible for annual financial budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business and work closely with partners to establish an effective financial analysis system.
- Participate in financial digitalization and suggest improvements based on analysis and monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in corporate finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of experience in finance BP or related positions, familiar with MENA financial regulations.
- Strong curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability, able to coordinate with different departments.
- Proficient in using financial software, office software, and statistical analysis methods, with strong data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and business acumen, able to think critically and resolve issues.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Portuguese and knowledge of Brazil's finance and tax system.
