Job Description:

Leadership and Team Management

  • Demonstrate sound engineering principles and contribute towards the team's goals
  • Set and manage expectations with other teams, management, and stakeholders

Technical Expertise

  • Fluency in Python and Golang, as well as knowledge of software development architecture and components
  • Code reviews and architectural leadership are essential parts of the role
  • Commitment to healthy engineering practices, documentation, quality, and performance optimisation

Collaboration and Communication

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture aligned with company values

  • Design and implement automated image delivery, testing, and publication pipelines

Requirements
