Junior Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of game content.

As a key strategic role, this position will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product or project management, preferably in game development, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with AI tools, and fluency in English.

In addition, they should be passionate about word games and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze performance metrics for content and game mechanics.
  • Identify areas for improvement based on player behavior and data.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and improve game content to meet high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with editors and freelancers worldwide to ensure consistency and innovation.
  • Implement and refine content creation and review processes.
  • Utilize AI tools for creating, validating, and enriching game content.
  • Support the organization of workflows within the content team.
  • Assist in executing the roadmap and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a bridge between teams, promoting clear and efficient communication.
  • Help remove blockers and optimize day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in product or project management, preferably in game development.
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for word games.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
