We're looking for a talented Design Manager to join our Creative Services team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of presentation designers, using your leadership expertise and client service background to ensure designers are delivering design requests in accordance with the client's requirements and agreed-upon deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of presentation designers to deliver design solutions for our client teams and business partners.
  • Track team performance, including adherence to our KPIs, service levels, and operating principles.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of your own work and your team's work, supporting the team on prioritized tasks and effectively meeting evolving business objectives.
  • Act as a design and project lead on enhanced client experience projects and oversee the work of designers on the team to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Serve as a thought partner for our client teams and business partners to transform insights and ideas into clear, engaging, world-class visual communications.
  • Encourage effective team collaboration to achieve team priorities by continuously sharing learnings and best practices with all team members.
  • Coach and guide individual performance and growth through timely feedback, project debriefs, and regular professional development check-ins.

About You

  • You have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, preferably rooted in graphic design and/or communications.
  • You have strong leadership and experience managing designers.
  • You have professional fluency in written and spoken English.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • You have expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
