Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
  • Recognize abnormal processing conditions and respond appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.

Requirements:

We require knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. You should be able to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and Associate's or Bachelor's degree may be required at higher career levels.
