About the RoleThe System Operations Analyst II will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 24x7 processing environment. This includes managing hardware and software to ensure peak performance at full capacity, recognizing abnormal processing conditions, and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hardware and software in a 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
- Recognize abnormal processing conditions and respond appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
- Analyze and respond to all system processing errors using production control tools and resources.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.
- Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's, bachelor's, or equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
