We are looking for a new member to work in our Service Desk Team, allocated to one of our clients in Florianópolis-SC.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide support to the demands of one of our clients, working allocated on him.
- Act directly on the treatment of requests, problems, configurations and changes;
- Monitor technical calls with manufacturers;
- Configure client equipment from solutions provided by Teltec;
- Document technical works performed on the client;
- Escalate the call in case of unsuccessful resolution of the incident complying with the service level agreement (SLA);
- Close calls after notification and approval of the client;
- Follow up on SLAs of calls.
To Do This It Is Essential That You Have:
- Active certification - 350-401 ENCOR - Implementing and Operating Cisco Enterprise Network Core Technologies (old CCNP R&S.);
- Experience in Routing & Switching;
- Experience with Cisco Nexus equipment;
- Knowledge in the Cisco Enterprise portfolio;
- Knowledge in Computer Networks.
It Will Be A Plus If You Have:
- Experience in customer support area;
- Knowledge in F5;
- Knowledge in Cisco firewall.
