We are seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in taking our office flow and financial management to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Paying employees' salaries on time to maintain a positive work environment and ensure staff retention.
- Managing accounts payable and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Processing credit card payments and bank deposits in an efficient and secure manner.
- Maintaining the balance sheet and performing light collections activities to minimize debt.
- Preparing profit and loss statements and budget reports, managing department budgets, and facilitating regular budget meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Providing backup support to operations and client services teams to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper using QuickBooks, including payroll administration.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to confidential collaboration and decision making at the executive level.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accountability to accuracy and consistency within the organization's process flow.
- Verifiable references from supervisors within the past 3 years, including the most recent employer.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or better).
