Job Summary:

The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bank Account Confirmation: Review and verify bank accounts during the supplier introduction process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Daily Approval Management: Support the daily approval of settlement documents and supplier input invoices while adhering to company policies and local regulations.
  • Financial Management Regulations: Develop and optimize financial management regulations applicable to Brazil to improve financial efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Professional Knowledge: Possess solid knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Brazil.
  • Education Background and Experience: Hold a degree in finance or a related field and have at least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent oral and reading skills in English are required, with Portuguese being a plus.
  • Comprehensive Quality: Demonstrate strong responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork ability to actively respond to challenges and provide strong financial support for business growth.
