Key Responsibilities of a Senior Technology Strategist

We are seeking an experienced technology leader to join our world-class team as a Senior Technology Strategist. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's technology strategy and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

  • You will lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic technology initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • You will partner with customer enterprise architects to review and approve new projects, ensuring they meet the company's strategies and guidelines.
  • You will maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and facilitate relationships with vendors to inform the company's strategic IT position and destination architecture.
  • You will co-develop CE&T technology roadmaps in line with the core technology direction, enhancing demand visibility and investment lifecycle management.
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a solution architecture manager with a successful track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience designing solutions for customer experience business functions using Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, data management, and integration.
  • Desired certification in Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer or other relevant certifications.
