The Automechanic Sales Specialist is a professional-level sales position that supports advanced functions of the DIY business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and experience for customers.
- Achieve personal and store sales goals, as well as service objectives.
- Manage services, including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and appearance.
- Assist in inventory processes, including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, and back stock.
- Maintain cleanliness, including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot.
- Friendly communication skills.
- Ability to locate and stock parts.
- Safety knowledge and skills.
- Operating inventory systems and equipment.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability.
- Speak and write English; communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
3-5 years of prior automotive experience.
