We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. The role involves developing skills in sales, customer service, and client retention with support from senior representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand the portfolio.
- Support consultants in meetings and negotiations to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information to inform business decisions.
- Participate in training sessions and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferably ongoing or completed higher education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Desire to learn sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service principles.
- Proactivity, organization, and ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
