We're seeking a highly skilled professional to direct student success initiatives, formulate data-driven decisions regarding program development and services, assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of student support systems, and collaborate with other departments to reduce attrition and enhance overall student satisfaction and success.
The key role involves:
- Developing and implementing targeted strategies to support student educational success.
- Identifying at-risk students and providing tailored support.
- Maintaining regular progress updates, offering feedback, and evaluating intervention effectiveness.
- Participating in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
- Designing, implementing, and assessing initiatives focused on enhancing student retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
- Analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in English (C1+).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student support or a similar role within an educational setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and data analysis tools.
- Passion for student success and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
