- Understand and use financial terminology appropriately in communications and documentation, maintaining a professional and accurate tone.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive support role or similar, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and G Suite applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and basic financial management concepts, ensuring a solid understanding of business operations.
- Experience with Notion or equivalent organization and information management tools, with the ability to create and maintain organized systems.
- Excellent time management and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
