Market Intelligence Manager Job Summary

The Market Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in the Marketing team, driving analytics-driven solutions to support business growth. This position is responsible for coordinating with various teams across the Americas Business Unit to identify opportunities for leveraging internal and external data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Partner with Data Science to implement models and monitor outcomes, ensuring accurate and actionable insights.
  • Forecasting: Oversee predictive modeling approaches to increase market forecasting accuracy at various levels, customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
  • Process Improvement: Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy, maximizing intelligence derived from data analytics tools.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Market/Business Intelligence program and team for Latin America markets, creating efficient and streamlined processes to drive value through actionable insight.

  • Expertise: Leverage quantitative and qualitative techniques to provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership and management.
  • Communication: Present research findings and recommendations to varying positions and departments, effectively communicating complex data insights.
