Action Gameplay Specialist

We're seeking a skilled game designer to play a key role in developing world-class PC and console games. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing engaging 3D action gameplay, collaborating with artists and programmers, and refining your work through iteration and playtests.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design character controls, action gameplay, combat systems, and other exciting features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life
- Use data-driven approaches to refine and improve gameplay
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer or equivalent background
- Post-secondary degree or certificate in game design or equivalent background
- Proven experience designing 3D action gameplay on PC and console platforms
- Working knowledge of established game engines, such as Unreal
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
