Job Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

Requirements

We're seeking someone who can challenge the status quo, likes to stay curious, and enjoys working on a creative team. You should be energized by lifelong learning and possess:

  • An undergraduate degree in IT or related fields (from the 2nd semester or later).
  • Advanced English skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Teamwork, pro-active, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to understand and master new technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, resourceful, agile, and pragmatic.

About Our Team

The Business Down Backoffice team is responsible for providing support to customers in critical situations that are considered business down situations. This technical team deals with priority 1 incidents and/or critical cases as priority 2.
