We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and services.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and end-users, including assistance with onboarding and offboarding, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will manage user workstations, network administration, security policies, and create SOPs for commonly used tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience with user access management, users, groups, policies, etc.
- Experience creating and maintaining policies and SOP documentation.
- Experience with help desk/IT ticketing systems.
- Understanding of basic IT concepts - TCP/IP, networking, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, network protocols, VPN, AV Endpoint protection and administration, virtualization, etc.
- Fluency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook) and Office 365 suite.
- Great interpersonal skills with a knack for helping people.
