Senior IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement incident, problem, and change management procedures and governance frameworks that align with industry best practices.
- Ensure registration and quality assurance processes are in place to maintain high-quality services.
- Monitor, escalate, and communicate technical, operational, and business-related issues to relevant stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain regional alignment and implement security and risk controls in accordance with global governance standards, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote user experience improvement by identifying recurrent and critical issues, potential solutions, and collaborating with development teams to prioritize corrections.
- Manage regular meetings with Business, Operations, IT development teams, Architects, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fluent English language skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- ITIL and Cobit certification, demonstrating expertise in IT service management.
- Basic knowledge of development languages to effectively communicate with developers and drive project success.
