Cloud Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing cloud environments to ensure data security and support client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure to secure client data
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address customer escalations
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in cloud service delivery and manage relationships with internal teams
  • Analyze security incidents to improve strategies and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Azure infrastructure management
  • Azure technical certification
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and JSON
  • Knowledge of Hashicorp tools: Terraform, Vault, and Consul
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher, and Prisma Cloud
  • Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools: Datadog, Splunk, and Azure Monitor
  • Proficiency with Git/GitHub
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Technology
  • Experience with GCP and AWS
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Customer escalation management
  • Automation in cloud deployment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure core services
