Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including creating effective media plans and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives;
- Develop industry narratives to articulate the value proposition of our platform to advertisers;
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing projects;
- Organize and conduct training sessions to enhance sales competencies;
- Use data insights to inform client recommendations and drive future growth;
- Prepare reports used by sales teams for forecasting and analysis;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide product recommendations and support client communication;
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in digital media and marketing;
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of media billing and ad servers;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially mobile and social landscapes;
- Self-starter with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments;
- Knowledge of digital measurement and verification tools;
- Fluent proficiency in English.
