Job Overview:

We're looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to drive significant growth and optimize our marketing efforts across paid digital channels.

This hands-on role will lead our search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, oversee paid media campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing acquisition marketing, including experience managing multiple paid channels. They'll also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize, analyze, and interpret data to inform data-driven decisions.

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy. This includes leading SEM and SEO efforts, optimizing marketing channels to maximize return on investment (ROI), and partnering with other teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, including SEM, SEO and other paid media channels.
  • Continuously optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for both B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions across all performance marketing activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record of success in performance marketing, including experience managing multiple paid channels. You'll also need strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize, analyze, and interpret data to inform data-driven decisions.

You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
