Operational Process Assistant Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate receipt, release, and shipment of cargo
  • Support process design, review, and implementation
  • Issue reports on loads and vendor drivers
  • Monitor vendor drivers' activities
  • Handle pending issues and returns

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Additionally, one year of clerical experience is required.
